Who is the Employment Masterclass for?

Employment Masterclass is a training program designed for professionals working with labor law in practice. The training is dedicated especially to HR directors and managers, as well as individuals managing employees. The entire course consists of eight sessions and a final exam. Classes are conducted in 6-hour blocks.

What will you learn at the Employment Masterclass?

In the Employment Masterclass, we focus on developing skills to solve labor law problems. We do not intend to teach legal regulations themselves. A Master of Labour Law is someone who not only knows the law but can also apply it in practice and thus solve legal problems.

Employment Masterclass is an interactive skills training. We will present real case studies, prepare documents, discuss how they should be drafted, analyze the latest court rulings and positions of central authorities, especially the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the National Labour Inspectorate.

What materials do participants and graduates receive?

Participants receive presentations electronically in advance.

Graduates of the Employment Masterclass receive diplomas confirming their completion. For those interested, an exam can be conducted, and the result can be included in the diploma upon the participant’s request.

Cost of participation in the Employment Masterclass

The participation fee is 13,000 PLN + VAT. The price includes training materials with a large amount of practical recommendations, document templates developed by us, and lunch on training days.

The meetings will be held in a hybrid format: both in-person and online.

Employment Masters Club

Graduates wishing to continue their journey are invited to join the Employment Masters Club at Raczkowski. The club meets once a month for about three hours, during which graduates discuss selected labor law topics.

The cost of participation in a single meeting is: 350 PLN + VAT.
