Since 2016, Natalia has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Natalia specialises in:

  • workforce restructuring, including collective redundancies
  • hiring and firing of managers
  • implementation of rules of procedure and other company regulations
  • litigation

She provides legal support to employers in the area of Compensation & Benefits, including pay transparency.

She leads and develops the financial sector remuneration practice. She develops and reviews remuneration policies and reports for risk-takers. She supports financial institutions in non-financial reporting.

Recently Natalia has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. legal support in the process of collective dismissals and restructuring of the employment structure in companies in pharmaceutical and e-sport sector;
  2. preparation of set of policies implemented as part of the program to create LGBT+ friendly workplace;
  3. a court case brought by a former management board member for payment of variable remuneration (including deferred remuneration and remuneration in the form of financial instruments).

Author of books and articles on labour law, including: „Mobbing in the Workplace”, „HR Law in a Pandemic”.

In her spare time, she travels and goes for long walks with her four-legged friend.
