Since 2019, Małgorzata has been practicing immigration law.

She specializes in:

  • corporate client services and managing teams handling large-scale immigration matters;
  • legalization of employment and residence of foreign nationals in Poland;
  • employee secondments and postings;
  • analysis of employment documentation of foreign nationals;
  • representing clients in proceedings before administrative authorities.

Małgorzata provides ongoing legal support in employment-related matters for both Polish and international businesses. She advises clients in Polish and English.

Recent experience includes:

  1. Advising on so-called “offshore” projects, including the employment of foreign nationals performing work at sea, including within the Polish exclusive economic zone;
  2. Legalization of residence for Ukrainian families in connection with the war in Ukraine, as well as advising on issues related to temporary protection for Ukrainian citizens in Poland under the so-called Special Act;
  3. Conducting residence proceedings for Belarusian nationals experiencing difficulties in obtaining new passports from their country of origin.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association (currently with the status of “non-practicing advocate”) at the Izba Adwokacka w Warszawie.
Erasmus scholarship holder at Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris, France (major: International Business).

Co-author of publications in the field of labor and immigration law, including book publications (e.g., “Employee Documentation. How to Transition to Electronic Form” for Dziennik Gazeta Prawna) and press articles (e.g., “Employment and Residence of Foreign Nationals Must Be Re-legalized” published in Rzeczpospolita).

In her free time, she enjoys mountain expeditions, handicrafts, and sports. For 17 years, she trained in Kyokushin karate, including at a competitive level, successfully participating in Polish and international tournaments, including earning the title of Vice-Champion at the Austrian Open and Junior European Champion.
