Starting from 1 January 2023, the format of the statistical accident report card has changed.

One of the most important changes is the shortening of the deadline for submitting Part I of the statistical accident card to Statistics Poland (GUS).

The new deadline for the employer to complete and submit the card is 14 business days from the date when the accident protocol is approved or the accident report is prepared.

Additionally:

• The definitions in the explanations have been clarified and expanded.
• More information has been transferred from Part II to Part I.
• A question has been added regarding whether the accident occurred in connection with remote work.
