Join us for our 10th Compliance Day!

The 10th anniversary edition of Compliance Day is just around the corner. As one of Poland’s largest industry events, it brings together leading compliance experts and practitioners, providing a forum for exchanging experience and discussing the most important challenges in compliance management.

This year’s edition will focus on communication and its impact on compliance management.

Together, we will explore answers to the following questions:

• What does ‘effective communication’ mean in organisations today?
• What forms can it take?
• What are the causes and consequences of employee silence?

We have invited representatives of the Nowe Przestrzenie Foundation to join the conference and discuss the findings of the report How Much Does Silence Cost? The Invisible Tax of a Lack of Psychological Safety in Polish Business, prepared by the Foundation in collaboration with Ipsos Poland.
