From Christmas Eve, employers must disclose pay and use gender‑neutral job titles.

Not all compensation awarded by court judgment is tax-exempt.

The bonus is granted only to employees for it to be considered employment income.

The President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO) imposed a fine of almost PLN 17 million.

The contract must be submitted electronically using a digital system before the employment starts.

The electronic submission of applications will be possible from 14 August 2025 to 15 September 2025.
