Since 2016, Natalia has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Natalia specialises in:

  • workforce restructuring, including collective redundancies,
  • high profile dismissals,
  • implementation of internal policies and regulations,
  • litigation.

She leads and develops the practice of remunerations in financial sector. She develops and reviews remuneration policies and reports for risk-takers. She supports financial institutions in non-financial reporting.

Recently Natalia has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. she designed and implemented a set of diversity, anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing policies for a global financial company which won a national excellence award,
  2. a lawsuit brought by a former management board member for payment of variable remuneration (including deferred remuneration and remuneration in the form of financial instruments),
  3. a lawsuit brought by a group of former employees for damages for unequal treatment in employment not amounting to discrimination.

Author of publications and articles on employment law, including: „Mobbing in the Workplace”, „HR Law in a Pandemic”.

In her spare time, she travels and goes for long walks with her four-legged friend.
