Since 2021, Roman has supported clients with the legalisation of work and residence for foreigners, especially in obtaining residence and work permits in Poland.

Roman specialises in:

  • temporary/permanent residence in Poland,
  • EU long-term residency,
  • obtaining Polish citizenship,
  • work permits, declarations, labour market tests,
  • legal analyses of immigration regulations and legislative proposals.

He has also led various training sessions and presentations for corporate clients and their employees on the legalisation of residence and work for foreigners.

Recently, Roman has handled the following interesting cases:

  1. residence legalisation remotely,
  2. residence with a Polish citizen,
  3. EU long-term residency.

He is also the author of articles published in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, including:

In his free time, he enjoys going to the sauna and swimming pool and playing with his dog, Maks.
