A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin; she also studied at Università degli Studi di Bari in Italy.

Since 2017, Paulina has been supporting clients in the area of People & Culture, with particular focus on employment law, employee pension schemes (PPK, PPE), and employment documentation.

Paulina specializes in:

  • conducting court litigation,
  • employee pension schemes (PPK, PPE, etc.),
  • workforce restructurings, including collective redundancies,
  • drafting and implementing HR policies,
  • preparing employment contracts and other employment-related documentation,
  • providing legal advice on recruitment, dismissals, remuneration, and workplace conflict resolution,
  • advising within the “HR without Paper” project aimed at the digitalization of HR processes.

Recently, Paulina has handled, among others, the following noteworthy cases:

  • court proceedings against an employee whose employment contract was terminated due to a conflict of interest;
  • court proceedings against an employee who breached a post-employment non-compete obligation;
  • court proceedings against an employee whose employment contract was terminated due to a breach of the principles of social conduct;
  • court proceedings against a job candidate who brought compensation claims alleging discrimination in the recruitment process.

She is the author or co-author of numerous books and articles in the field of employment law, including publications such as: “Employee Capital Plans (PPK). Questions, Answers, Checklists”; “Lowering the Retirement Age”; and “GDPR. Personal Data Protection in Employment Relationships.”

In her free time, she enjoys dog trekking with her beloved Shiba Inu.
