Since 2020, Paulina has been supporting clients in the areas of global mobility and people & culture, with a particular focus on immigration law.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • providing comprehensive immigration advice and supporting employers hiring and managing international talent;
  • coordinating and handling proceedings before public administration authorities concerning the legalisation of foreigners’ residence and employment;
  • auditing the legality of foreigners’ stay and employment, as well as assessing compliance risks.

Paulina actively develops the immigration practice by sharing her expertise as a speaker at training sessions and webinars. She is the author of expert articles published in industry media, including HR na Szpilkach® and in podcast formats.

 

In recent years, Paulina has successfully delivered, among other things, the following projects:

  1. Comprehensive support for residence and work legalisation processes for key managerial staff and highly qualified specialists employed by international organisations.
  2. Compliance presentations and training sessions, both live and as webinars, for audiences of several hundred HR managers and employers.
  3. Immigration compliance audits, covering immigration procedures, HR documentation and the legality of entrusting work to foreign nationals for rapidly growing businesses.

Paulina is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, where she studied Business Management and Human Resources Management.

In her free time, Paulina enjoys spending active time with her family, travelling and discovering new places. She is also passionate about cooking and baking homemade treats, as well as relaxing in front of a good film.
