The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the shift to electronic employee documentation in Poland, prompting companies to adopt digital HR solutions like electronic personal files. Raczkowski’s „Paperless HR” project supports this transition by offering comprehensive IT and legal solutions for safely managing digital employee records.

The project follows key milestones:

  1. Know-how: Analyzing the employer’s current digitalisation level, document flow, IT systems, and legal knowledge to tailor the digital transition.

  2. Choosing the Tool: Selecting software that complies with Polish legal requirements for electronic document management and signing, with special attention to foreign solutions.

  3. Procedure and Risk Assessment: Developing procedures for e-file management and performing risk assessments to address IT threats, with regular updates.

  4. Post-Implementation Support: Providing training, Q&A, and a support hotline to help HR and employees adapt smoothly to new digital processes.

  5. Process Digitalisation: Beyond e-files, digitizing other HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding, increasing organizational efficiency and benefits.

The project emphasizes legal compliance, risk management, and employee comfort throughout the digital transformation.
