Information on personal data processing

  1. Controller’s identity, contact data

The controller of your personal data is Raczkowski sp.k. law firm, Bonifraterska 17, 00-203 Warsaw (“Law Firm”). For all matters related to the processing of your personal data, please contact us by email at rodo@raczkowski.eu or via traditional mail to the address provided above. In the title of your email message and on the envelope of your letter, please write the following note: “Personal Data Protection”.

  1. Key information on personal data processing

The provision of your personal data is voluntary but required in order to receive the selected newsletters.

The purposes and basis of processing your personal data are as follows:

Article 6 sec. 1a) of GDPR – sending newsletters and performing direct marketing

We will process the data for marketing purposes, involving distribution of newsletters but also to analyse whether the content sent has been read. In addition, we will select the topics of events organized by the Law Firm, manage their performance and send to you individual invitations to participate in these events which, in our opinion, will be of greatest interest to you. We will provide you with marketing content adjusted to your preferences to the extent that you have given consent to it in the newsletter subscription form.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by clicking the “Cancel subscription” link. This will not affect the legality of the processing that the Law Firm performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Based on provisions of the above laws, we may contact you directly by sending regularly ordered newsletters and providing customized information on products and services offered by the Law Firm, including events organized by us.

  1. Information on recipients and recipient categories

In processing your personal data, we cooperate with the providers of web hosting, newsletter mailing and web traffic analysis services.

  1. Data provision to other countries

Your personal data will not be processed outside the territory of the European Economic Area.

  1. Period of data processing

We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent to doing so or until we receive information that your personal data are out of date (e.g. when the email address provided by you changes).

Otherwise, we will process your personal data for a period necessary to realize legitimate interests of the Law Firm as referred to in item 2 of this information on personal data processing or until you effectively object to further processing.

  1. Considering the grounds for processing your personal data by the Law Firm, we would like to inform you that you have the right to:
  1. access your personal data,
  2. rectify your personal data,
  3. demand erasure of your personal data by the Law Firm,
  4. demand restriction of processing of your personal data,
  5. receive the data you have provided the Law Firm with and transfer them to another controller (the right to transfer personal data).

You may exercise these rights by contacting the Law Firm in the manner specified in item 1 above.

  1. Complaint to the relevant regulatory authority

If you find that the Law Firm, while processing your personal data, breaches personal data laws and regulations, you may report your finding to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO), ul.
