  1. The controller of your personal data is Raczkowski sp.k. (“the Law Firm”). For all matters related to the processing of personal data, you may contact us electronically at: rodo@raczkowski.eu. General information on personal data processing

  1. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
  2. The purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data is consent – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We will process your data for marketing purposes, including sending newsletters and analysing engagement with the content provided. Additionally, we will select the topics of events organised by the Law Firm, organise them, and send individual invitations to events that, in our view, may be of greatest interest to you. We will also provide marketing content tailored to your indicated preferences.
  3. Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each newsletter.
  4. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 398(2) of the Electronic Communications Law, providing your email address for newsletter purposes is equivalent to consenting to receive marketing information.

Data recipients

  1. We use service providers for hosting, newsletter distribution, and website traffic analytics.

Data transfer to third countries

  1. We will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

Data retention period

  1. We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent or until we receive information that your data is no longer current (e.g. in case of a change of your email address).

Your rights

  1. You have the right to:
  • data access and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict the processing of your data,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,

lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority (PUODO) if you consider that the processing of your data violates GDPR provisions.
