The date of paying the salary is not considered a condition of employment or remuneration. Changing the payment date does not require giving employees modified termination notices or entering into agreements altering the terms of employment or pay.

This decision lies with the employer.

However, this does not mean that the employer does not have to take any action to change the salary payment date. The company must amend the work regulations. The changes will not take effect immediately, but only after two weeks from the date the employees are informed in the manner accepted by the employer. Amending the work regulations may require consultation with trade unions.
