The employer can demand more from employees in managerial positions and evaluate them more strictly.

This applies, for example, to the reasons for dismissal or a change in employment terms.

As a general rule, a manager can be dismissed or removed from their position due to the passivity of subordinates and a failure by the team to achieve results, even if the manager cannot be accused of a lack of due diligence.

This is because the employer has the right to expect and demand more from someone in a managerial position than from other employees.

The manager can also be held responsible for the mistakes of subordinates, as long as there is a causal link between improper supervision and the resulting damage.
