The 2023 amendment to the Labor Code introduced additional informational obligations for employers, in addition to expanded information on working conditions.

Employers must inform their employees about:

  • The possibility of full-time or part-time employment;
  • The possibility of promotion;
  • Available job positions.

The method of providing this information is flexible. In practice, such solutions have been in place for years. Information about career paths, open vertical and horizontal internal recruitment opportunities is shared through the intranet or email. These changes should be viewed positively as they are one of the key elements in building transparent workplace principles and an open work environment.
