{"id":72147,"date":"2026-08-28T14:20:20","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T12:20:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/?p=72147"},"modified":"2026-08-31T14:14:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T12:14:49","slug":"pro-hr-immigration-update-august-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/pro-hr-immigration-update-august-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"PRO HR Immigration Update August 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Georgian, Colombian and Venezuelan nationals may now work in Poland only if they have a visa and a work permit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In August, two regulations came into force restricting the right of Georgian, Colombian and Venezuelan nationals to work and stay in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temporary protection for Ukrainian nationals extended until 4 March 2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EU Member States have decided to extend temporary protection for Ukrainian nationals once again.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the extension of the already applicable rules, from 31 July 2026 temporary protection status is only available to individuals whose military status in Ukraine has been duly regularised.
