To correctly implement the new provisions, employers must first establish what constitutes remuneration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/employment-contract-expires-after-three-months-of-detention\/\"><strong>Employment Contract Expires After Three Months of Detention<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an employee is in pre-trial detention for more than three months, their employment contract expires by operation of law, regardless of the parties\u2019 intentions. If the detention lasts up to three months, the contract does not expire and the employment relationship continues.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/reimbursement-of-the-costs-of-charging-an-electric-company-car-is-tax-exempt\/\"><strong>Reimbursement of the Costs of Charging an Electric Company Car is Tax exempt<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an employee charges a company electric vehicle at their place of residence, the reimbursement of the related expenses will not constitute taxable income for the employee, under certain conditions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/first-aid-procedures-to-be-updated\/\"><strong>First Aid Procedures to Be Updated<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All workplace first aid procedures and OHS training programmes, both initial and periodic, must now be updated to reflect the new rules.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/employer-named-in-a-foreign-nationals-temporary-residence-and-work-permit-must-notify-the-authorities-of-termination-within-15-days\/\"><strong>Employer Named in a Foreign National\u2019s Temporary Residence and Work Permit Must Notify the Authorities of Termination Within 15 Days<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The employer of a foreign national must report the termination of their employment if the foreign national\u2019s lawful stay and work are based on a single temporary residence and work permit, and if the employer\u2019s details are indicated in the decision granting that permit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Company Car for Private Use Also Constitutes Remuneration On 24 December, provisions enter into force requiring employers to inform job candidates of the remuneration they may receive in the position being recruited for.
