    1. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to subscribe to receive event invitations.<\/li>\n
    2. The purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data is consent – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The Law Firm regularly organises various events. We will send you invitations to these events, based on your consent \u2013 both those organised by our Warsaw office and local offices.<\/li>\n
    3. Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link included in each communication.<\/li>\n
    4. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 398(2) of the Electronic Communications Law, providing your email address for the purpose of receiving information about events is equivalent to consenting to receive marketing information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
