Regulations against corruption and misconduct are insufficient, and many companies lack formal compliance systems, relying on general legal provisions instead. While multinational corporations have more advanced governance frameworks, many Polish firms still need to develop these practices.<\/p>\n
Overall, Polish employers recognize ESG\u2019s importance but face unique local challenges that require tailored approaches to fully leverage ESG and DEI benefits.<\/p>\n
