This right is granted by the Pay Transparency Directive<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employees will be able to enquire in person or through employee representatives (trade unions or other employee representatives).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/polish-employers-more-and-more-often-introduce-solutions-to-facilitate-work-for-persons-with-adhd-e-g-adjust-work-duties-to-their-predispositions-and-interests-support-in-prioritising-tasks-and-wor\/\"><strong>Polish employers more and more often introduce solutions to facilitate work for persons with ADHD, e.g. adjust work duties to their predispositions and interests, support in prioritising tasks and work organisation, allow more frequent breaks<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employers are not obliged to provide different working conditions for persons with ADHD than for neurotypical employees.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/raczkowski.eu\/en\/employers-should-perform-an-analysis-of-occupational-health-and-safety-conditions-it-is-worthwhile-to-make-a-checklist-of-items-to-be-verified\/\"><strong>Employers should perform an analysis of occupational health and safety conditions.
