Absenteeism, in particular the abuse of medical leaves, has a negative impact not only on the employers’ finances, but also on the organization of work; by putting an additional burden on other employees, it becomes a demotivating factor. It is not only possible, but in fact advisable to counteract such abuse.

We prepare for our Clients comprehensive anti-absenteeism programs, including ones aimed specifically at the abuse of medical leaves, starting with prevention and communication and ending with consequences for the perpetrators.  We support our Clients in the implementation of these programs and we provide monitoring of their effectiveness.
