Edyta Jagiełło

She also specialises in employment law issues associated with cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include leading companies in the IT, pharmaceutical and travel industries.

Marcin Klimczak

Partner in PwC. 

Łukasz Kuczkowski

Legal Advisor, Master of Executive MBA, Partner. He manages the law firm’s office in Poznań. He has been advising clients on labour law for more than 12 years now. He has vast experience in industrial relations, in the scope of termination and conclusion of collective agreements and other agreements with trade unions, employee guarantees, collective bargaining, and negotiations. He has conducted numerous cases of workforce reorganisation, including collective redundancies, voluntary leave programmes, and other forms of workforce reduction. He also advises on the employment of senior executives. He often represents his clients before labour courts. He has vast knowledge of the transport and production industry. He has worked at well-known Polish law firms.

Hannah Laming

Partner at Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP.  Her practice focuses on financial crime, including fraud, corruption, money laundering, private prosecutions, internal investigations, compliance, FCA regulatory issues (civil and criminal) and economic sanctions.

Hannah was called to the Bar in 2001 and practised as a barrister for five years. In 2006, she became a Prosecutor at the Serious Fraud Office before joining the Financial Services Authority’s (now Financial Conduct Authority) wholesale enforcement division.  She joined Peters & Peters in 2010 and became a Partner in 2014.

Hannah has advised a number of organisations, including multi-nationals based outside the UK, on developing compliance programmes which deal effectively with financial crime.  Her experience includes advising on anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures; global sanctions; preparation for the proposed offence of failing to prevent facilitation of tax evasion; dealing with due diligence and politically exposed persons and anti-money laundering processes.

Sławomir Paruch

Legal advisor, Partner. He has over 15 years of experience in employment law. He is one of the most prominent experts in employment law in Poland, including corporate restructuring, redundancies and individual employees. He has extensive experience in litigation concerning harassment, discrimination, overtime and non-competition agreements. He is an expert in employees' remuneration and rewarding. He is valued as an effective negotiator, especially in collective disputes and relations with trade unions and employees. He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers' Association, the International Bar Association and Chairman of the Association of Employment Law. Regularly publishes the most important legal journals such as "Gazeta Prawna" and "Rzeczpospolita". He conducts trainings and conferences on employment law.

Katarzyna Sarek-Sadurska

Legal advisor. Head of Department of Remunerations in Financial Sector. She has extensive experience in all areas of individual and collective labour law, including litigation. She advises Clients on restructuring, collective dismissals, hiring and dismissing employees, including in particular upper level and senior management. She graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II). She received an award from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for her master’s thesis. She has been with our firm since 2007. She has written for publications on civil and labour law including volumes edited by Professor M. Safjan and Professor K. Pietrzykowski. 

Dominika Stępińska-Duch

Partner, adwokat. Previously for many years with Wardyński & Partners, where she co-led the Business Crime practice and was responsible for the firm’s French Desk. Dominika specializes in white-collar criminal proceedings, and advises clients in matters related with implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, assessment of the risk of criminal liability arising out of commercial activity, as well as in the scope of cybersecurity. Dominika has extensive experience in internal investigations. She conducts trainings in the area of compliance and criminal liability of management. She is a member of the Compliance Association Poland and a Chair of the Foreign Cooperation Committee of the Polish Bar Council. She serves as vice Chair of the Access to Justice Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe [CCBE], a member of the European Criminal Bar Association Advisory Board, Secretary General of the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers and she acts as a Communications Officer within International Bar Association “Women Lawyers’ Interest Group."
